Shipping Domestic (France)

We do our utmost to ensure that the artwork you order is sent to you in a secure and timely manner. All orders are insured and handled by our reliable partner carriers. We choose our carriers based on the size and fragility of the order.

We covers the cost of shipping within metropolitan France.

Shipping International

We offers worldwide shipping. For orders shipped outside of France, standard rates will apply depending on the country, measurements and weight of the order. You will be able to obtain the exact amount of these charges by entering your shipping address before placing your order.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

On the day your package is dispatched, you will be notified via email. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a notice will be left so that you can pick it up in the nearest post office or collection point. All packages must be signed for.

Returns

If your artwork is damaged upon arrival, we takes full responsibility for the return costs and oversees the compensation procedures.

In the event that you change your mind or don’t absolutely love your artwork, you have up to 16 days (from the date of receipt) to return it for a full refund. You will have to covers the shipping costs of your return.

To exercise your right to return, you can send a simple email expressing your desire to return the artwork.
